Travelling from the A1: Exit the A1 at the Gonerby Moor Roundabout slightly north of Grantham, onto the B1174. At the top of the hill turn left onto Belton Lane, immediately on entering Great Gonerby. Follow Belton Lane to the T-junction with the A607. Turn left again. Waterloo Cottages are the next properties on your left, within 1 mile. Indicate left when you see the brown tourism sign for Belton Woods. Turn left into the SECOND driveway at Waterloo Cottages before the De Vere Belton Woods Resort main entrance. Waterloo Studios are in front of you, beyond the 5-bar gate.

Travelling from Grantham: A607 – Grantham to Lincoln. Through Manthorpe Village. Drive past the left turn to Great Gonerby. Waterloo Cottages are the next properties on your left, within 1 mile.
